Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items to ensure the safety, hygiene, and discretion of all our customers.

Clear photos of the product and the packaging

A short description of the issue

We’ll review and respond with care — and if approved, we’ll issue a refund or replacement.
